Terms and Conditions

By signing up for our wine club, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
  • Wines for each release will be selected by the winery, unless requested otherwise by the customer (by visiting or calling the Tasting Room).
  • Moulton Falls Winery ships all online orders through VinoShipper®, which ships all orders via UPS. Orders shipped via UPS will require a signature of someone 21+ on delivery. Returned shipments are the responsibility of the club member. Members are free to pick up their orders in person by contacting the Tasting Room. For questions regarding shipping, click here.
  • Wine Club cancellation requests must be received in writing at least 15 days prior to the end of the next commitment month.
  • Wine commitment months are: June, September, December & March. Releases will be shipped out at the end of each commitment month.
  • Wine purchased outside of a commitment month does not apply to the previous/next commitment month.
  • We communicate with our members mainly through email. Please notify us if you change your email address.
  • Member discount only applies to regular priced wine.
